Hey! The name is Zara (Zee) and I'm Scottish; to be specific I’m an Aberdonian. Anyhow, I’m generally a nice person to know – despite my strange and freaky personality. I can be pretty timid at times. I wouldn’t say I’m a bonnie person to look at… But that’s just the way I am. I'm Caucasian and vertically challenged (standing at 5'4"). I’ve been around for seventeen earth years and I was born in August - hence I’m a Virgo! I have hazel eyes and shortish chocolate hair – which is a serious choking hazard. I advice you don’t eat it. Greetings to the wonderful artists of DeviantArt!
My name is Zara – though I don’t mind being referred to as Zee. This is my journal [+ The Splash +], which I like to try and update every month or so just to inform you of any updates, projects, news and snippets of my life which I’d like to share.

At the moment I’m feeling quite ambitious with art and I really wouldn’t mind pushing it to the next stage: commissions. It’s been on my mind for a while and I thought why not? The only hiccup is that I’m not sure whether or not anyone would be interested in paying for something from an artist such as me who is still in the process of learning – though of course we’re all still technically learning.

The commission would be a standard black ink drawing of anything the client would like – though I’d like to point out I’m terrible with backgrounds and animals. Perhaps at a later date when I feel more confident in other areas (e.g. colours, rendering) I’ll introduce them as options.

What I’d like to ask is whether or not anyone would be interested in purchasing artwork from me and what sort of price they’d be willing to pay – of course it would depend on the type of drawing. My current thoughts on price is anything up to £10 (approximately $16.57) though if you disagree with this then please say so – I really don’t want to charge too much or too little!

I’d really appreciate any feedback on this and if you have any tips or requests for commissioning then please help me out if you can!
